Meet Leslie Luckey, the friendly face of customer service at Brady since October 2023. Leslie’s mission is to be the go-to gal for all things customer-related, providing top-notch service with a smile. Her day-to-day involves a variety of tasks, such as welcoming customers, handling claims, and processing payments. Lisa thought she’d be a great addition to the B.I.G. team, and we couldn’t agree more. Her favorite part of the day is the hustle and bustle of the morning rush!
When she’s not making customers’ days, she’s singing her heart out at church, cheering on her grandkids at sports games, and preparing delicious meals for her loved ones. Leslie’s friends describe her as a hilarious, caring soul, and her sister is her ultimate role model with her infectious smile, healing hands, and forgiving spirit.
