Kaitlyn joined the Brady Insurance Group team in February 2021. She was looking for a career change and started as a part time employee. Like most of our team, she had no prior insurance experience, but was eager to learn. She quickly moved into a full time position and is now the company’s customer service representative and claims expert. Kaitlyn greets customers with a smiling and friendly face every time, assists clients with questions and concerns about their billing, and handles any claims. Kaitlyn strives to be more involved in the community.
