Kaitlyn joined the Brady Insurance Group team in February 2021, seeking a career change. Initially starting as a part-time employee, she quickly demonstrated a strong eagerness to learn. Her dedication and growth led her to transition into a full-time role, where she now serves as the company’s customer sales assistant and billing specialist. Kaitlyn is responsible for assisting with billing inquiries and ensuring a smooth new business process.
